MEDIUM: Multi Media – Acrylic / Calligraphy From My Grandfather

Hailing from the Rocky Mountains of Colorful Colorado through the mountain towns of Jackson Wyoming, Bozeman Montana and Pemberton British Columbia, Lisa is the beauty and brawn behind Sumire Design.

She is an accomplished graphic and web designer with an eye for detail. She graduated from Montana State University and holds a certificate of design from Sessions College of Art and Design. She is passionate about all aspects of digital and physical design and has experience in everything from branding and logo design to print advertising and web design. She also has a soft spot in her heart for the art of printmaking, ceramics and painting.

In her free time, Lisa enjoys playing in the mountains whether it be on two wheels or two planks, listening to podcasts on her commute and building Lego with her kids. She also makes a mean cappuccino.

The name ‘Sumire’ (sooh•mi•ray) Design comes her middle name and means violet in Japanese.
