The MSA is happy to announce that we were awarded a $7,500 grant from the Headwaters Foundation. This foundation focuses its efforts on supporting counties in western Montana, and more specifically, on the health and well being of the underserved youth in these counties. Their mission and ours are in near-perfect alignment when it comes to giving Montana’s youth a place to play and the means to get out and enjoy free, uninhibited expression via recreation. The physical and mental health benefits offered by riding a skateboard are undeniable and can last a lifetime. All of us at the MSA are wildly excited and appreciative for the opportunity to extend our reach and impact with the help of the Headwaters Foundation.
