Lisa Komuro's Bio

Lisa's work takes seed in a quote and manifests into passionate works of art. By using a multitude of mediums from the likes of acrylics, kimono fabrics, graphite, ink and vintage pattern paper she incorporates thought provoking ideas and themes into her work. The captivating end product has a both a Japanese and Western Influence. Lisa has received a B.F.A. from Montana State University in Bozeman as well as a Graphic and Web Design Certificate from Sessions School of Art and Design. She currently works out of Pemberton, BC as a full time Graphic and Web Designer. A portion of the sales of Lisa’s work will be donated towards relief efforts currently underway in Japan.
